House Rules
- Check in after 3PM
- Check out before 10AM
- Children aged 0-17 allowed
- No pets allowed
- No events allowed
- Smoking is not permitted on the property
Damage and Incidentals
- If you incure incidental fees or cause damage to the rental property, your credit card may be charged up to $500
Cancellation
- There is a $150 fee for any cancellations.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of check-in

- Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending upon cottage capacity.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests can not be guaranteed
- Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
